Why am I so fed up about this? That's because I am using my college's wifi, and not by personal wifi. For the past two months, I have been watching anime like: Sword Art Online, Naruto Ship, and One Piece on Chia-Anime using my campus' wifi. Good news is that I haven't gotten any warning or suspension. But that doesn't tell me if Chia-Anime is legal or not to stream anime.
